Bill SegalBill Segal is a real estate professional, former Orange County commissioner and small business owner. After graduating from the University of Miami with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Segal went to work for a large general contractor as an assistant project manager. He then entered the real estate industry and built a highly successful diversified real estate company. Segal also started a restaurant chain that he grew to 7 locations before selling it.

In 2011 he completed 6 years as the Orange County District 5 County Commissioner. During that time served as vice-mayor, chaired the Workforce Housing Task Force, as well as other initiatives. He also served on MetroPlan and was chairman during 2010, and served on the Orange County Research and Development Authority for 6 years.

Bill has been involved in dozens of Central Florida charitable endeavors both as a donor, honorary chairman, walk chairman, etc.  Since completing his government service at the end of 2010, Bill has returned to the business world primarily dealing in real estate development and investment. He has done radio commentaries on WMFE, the local NPR station, and is presently on the board of WMFE radio and the Downtown Orlando Arts District.


Kenny Rambo

Kenny Rambo is the Senior Vice President of HCC, Inc., a marketing communications firm dedicated to helping clients succeed. In this role, Kenny helps clients build brands and deliver consistent messages with special attention to new media including the web and social media. Prior to joining HCC, Kenny worked for the commercial real estate firm Office Suites PLUS where his responsibilities included marketing, property management, human resources, training, information technology and more — first in Knoxville, Tenn., and then Atlanta, Ga. In 2003, Kenny returned to Elizabethtown as vice president of a young Web development firm. Under his leadership, the firm grew to serve more than 400 clients in several states. Kenny joined HCC in 2007.

Kenny completed his BS degree in marketing, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University


Roger ChapinRoger Chapin serves as Executive Vice President of Public Affairs for the Mears Transportation Group in Orlando.  Mears is a leading transportation provider whose services include taxis, luxury vehicles and over 200 motor coaches that provide services for Walt Disney’s Magical Express and Disney Cruise Line. Roger’s responsibilities include public relations, directing charitable giving and coordination of governmental affairs for the local, state and federal levels.

“Peer-to-peer taxi services have transformed the way people think about getting from point A to point B”, said Chapin.  “These platforms are here to stay, however, there are important policy issues pertaining to insurance, licensing and other regulations that should be resolved to ensure a level playing field and basic consumer protections.”

Prior to joining Mears Transportation Group, Roger held similar corporate responsibilities as Director of Public Affairs for Fortune 500 Darden Restaurants Inc., from 1993 to 1998 and also served in the communications office of the late Governor Lawton Chiles in 1992.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University in 1993.

He has more than 15 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, corporate communications and campaign management. He has managed legislative and regulatory affairs for leading Fortune 500 companies while developing expertise in complex areas such as taxation, transportation, healthcare and utilities. Prior to joining Parquet, Jason was director of government relations for a leading retailer.

Earlier in his career, Jason served as vice president of government relations for the Ohio Grocers Association, where he developed and implemented a legislative agenda on behalf of OGA’s 400 member companies. Jason began his career as a newspaper reporter covering city, county and business issues. Wetzel then worked as a legislative aide and press secretary in the Ohio Senate, coordinating a victorious state senate campaign in Cleveland, Ohio.

Jason completed his BA degree in journalism, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University.
